2024 Outlook: Easton missed the D11 playoffs for the first time in nine years and made a conscious effort to play a young roster to gain valuable varsity game experience for young talented players in 2023. “Many talented sophomores and juniors are being given the chance to make contributions to the team on the field in 2024 with a nice compliment of senior talent to help lead the way.” LaDuca and Greg Hess expect their kids to compete in everything they do. “Putting balls in play is the emphasis on offense — moving runners, and playing efficient baseball with excellent execution on the offensive and defensive sides of the ball.
The pitching staff will be strong with a deep stable of arms to choose from. The Rovers expect to contend with this young athletic core of players and we want to grow each day in practice and competition in order to not only contend but win in the EPC and D11 play.
