2025 Outlook:
Defense: Tigers return five Defensive starters from a year ago. They will rely on being aggressive and use their athleticism to give multiple looks. The defense has a good mix of players at all 3 levels that will give them depth. The defensive line lost a lot of experience with the graduation of three starters.
The Tigers return two All-State Lb’s from a year ago in Shane Hulmes and Brady Zimmerman and look for that group to be leaders of the defense. Shane Leh will look to play safety, filling some big shoes with the graduation of Eli Zimmerman.
Sophomore Michael Lagowy will return as the cover corner for the Tigers. There will be many new faces on the defensive side of the ball; but they will be difficult for opposing offenses.
Offense: The Tigers are returning five Starters on offense. The Tigers will be replacing the 3A Offensive POY in Eli Zimmerman, as well as 4 of 5 Offensive Lineman: The offensive line will be anchored by returning starter Colton Popp at the Tackle position.
The Offense will be more balanced this season as it returns most of their skill position players from a season ago including Shane Leh at QB, Mason Bollinger and Michael Lagowy at the WR position, and Shane Hulmes will return as TE. Brady Zimmerman and Braxton Lakatosh will factor in the skill positions as well.
Special Teams: Tigers will have competition in the kicking and punting game this year.
