98 Kills, 32 Blocks, 32 Digs, 20 Aces

“TaNiya was one of our bigger surprises last year as she stepped up and took over as one of the middle blockers. She has great all around skills and could play almost anywhere this year!!”

Alexis Hoyer – Sophomore, 5’10″, Middle Blocker
35 Kills, 10 Blocks, 8 Digs, 2 Aces

“Alexis stepped up due to injuries last year to take over at the other Middle Blocker position and became a crucial piece to the offense and defense. Her great all around skills and tenacity will help drive the team this year.”

Key Newcomers:
Trinity Sky Hunte– Sophomore, 5’6″, Setter

2022 Outlook: “We graduated a ton of offense, defense and leadership from our 2021 team. As for Strengths of this team, it will be a wait and see as many people in new positions and new to varsity level. Our Weakness will definitely be inexperience in big matches.”

“This year we have multiple positions that are up for grabs and we could be moving players to try at multiple positions to see what works best for the team. We had a large group of the girls play club in the off season and lots of players out at open gyms. This year’s competition at the Colonial League will be a lot closer and hopefully we will still be in the mix as one of the top 2 or three teams at the end.”
