2021 Boys Soccer Preview – Notre Dame Green Pond

Notre Dame Green Pond Boys Soccer are determined as they are looking for their fifth consecutive District XI title this season. That is not their only goal, however. In talking with Senior Ryan Miller, he said, “We are really focused on winning districts but we also want to be the group that wins Notre Dame’s first Colonial League Championship for boys soccer.”

The Crusaders know what it takes to be a District Championship Team and it all starts with the team relationship itself. “We have a lot of leaders on this team and we have a lot of players who are willing to do anything to help the team,” said Senior John DeMelia. Sportsmanship is one of the biggest keys in not only soccer but all sports.

Senior Leo McMenimen said, “It is going to be a good season as we have lots of returning players and the younger kids have stepped up in roles that needed to be filled.”

The Crusaders have their first regular season matchup on September third against Northampton and are ready to play.
