NAZARETH, Pa. – The Nazareth Area girls soccer team continued its remarkable undefeated season Tuesday night, rolling past Freedom 4-0 in the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference (EPC) quarterfinals. The victory improved the Blue Eagles to 19-0 and marked a major milestone for head coach Ziggy Lewis, who earned his 200th career coaching victory.
The Blue Eagles delivered another dominant performance on both ends of the field, recording their 15th shutout of the season while advancing to the EPC semifinals.
Nazareth received goals from four different players, showcasing the balanced offensive attack that has helped the Blue Eagles remain unbeaten throughout the season.
Mia Ksiezopolski, Kassidy Hartman, Lily Ott and Addi Boran each found the back of the net in the convincing victory over the Patriots, who entered the contest with an 11-6-2 record.
Boran played a significant role in the offensive success, contributing one goal and two assists. Maddie Jankowski also helped create scoring opportunities, finishing with an assist.
Jankowski entered the quarterfinal matchup as one of the EPC’s most prolific goal scorers, having scored 24 goals this season. While she did not add to her goal total against Freedom, she continued to make an impact by helping set up the Nazareth attack.
Defensively, the Blue Eagles once again demonstrated why they have been one of the conference’s toughest teams to score against.
Goalkeepers Rylie Repsher and Maddlyn Miltenberger combined for three saves to preserve the shutout. Repsher recorded two saves, while Miltenberger added one.
The shutout was Nazareth’s 15th in 19 games this season, an impressive accomplishment for a defensive unit that has surrendered just four goals all year.
The victory also carried special significance for Lewis, who reached the 200-win milestone in his coaching career. Under his leadership, the Blue Eagles have put together an outstanding 2026 campaign, combining a potent offensive attack with a defense that has consistently frustrated opponents.
With the victory, Nazareth remains undefeated at 19-0 and moves one step closer to capturing the EPC championship.
The Blue Eagles will face Central Catholic on Thursday night in the EPC semifinals, looking to extend their perfect season and secure a spot in the conference championship game.
For Nazareth, the formula has remained consistent throughout the season: balanced scoring, strong goalkeeping and a defense that rarely allows opponents to find the back of the net.
