2023 Outlook: The Lady Bombers are coming of an up and down season which saw them post a 9 – 7 league record. Then losing in the first round of league playoffs . The team then began the District playoffs and started playing to their potential winning 2 games against the quality teams of Pen Argyl and N. Schuylkill , before losing to a very good Palisades team in the District final.

The Bombers then continued playing well by winning 2 rounds in the State PIAA playoffs , before losing in the State Semi Final Round . This was the deepest that a Palmerton Softball team went into PIAA playoffs in school history. The Bombers are still young and maturing, and return many talented players in key positions, in addition to some quality newcomers and will look build on last years success. The key to their success will be more consistency on both offense and defense.

Last seasons playoff experience should serve them well as they look to return to post season play .
