Key Players Lost:
Matt Borowski – Defender
George Vera – Defender
Carter Suwalski – Defender
Luca Noto – Midfielder
Nick Puk – Forward
Alex McKinney – Forward
Cameron Mcllvaine – Midfield
Key Returning Players:
Evan Crescenzo, Senior, 5’10”, Midfield – Evan started to see varsity minutes as a sophomore. Last year he played a major role for us as a striker in holding up play and combining to create dangerous scoring opportunities.
Pablo Puente, Senior, 5’7″, Midfield – Pablo has been a key varsity player since his sophomore year. Pablo controls the middle of the field and always makes the right play. Most of our dangerous scoring opportunities at some point run through Pablo.
Owen Moyer, Senior, 6’0″, Goalkeeper – Owen started every game last season. He is an athletic goalkeeper that we have relied on multiple times to bail us out. We lost a good portion of our back line, so returning an experienced goalie will be a key to our success.
Elliot Flicker, Senior, 5’9″, Defender – Elliot saw action in all 18 of our games last year including starting about half of them. He is an excellent defender and will be a big leader for our team.
Drew Zindel, Senior, 5’9″, Defender – Drew played a big role in all of our varsity games last year including starting about half of them. Drew is a speedy defender who looks to join the attack. We will rely on Drew to provide support in the final third.
Chris Samson, Senior, 6’0″, Midfield – Chris is an experienced center midfielder. He came off the bench in every game and logged about 4o minutes per game. He is a great aerial player and provides stability in possession.
Key Newcomers:
Omar El Arousy, Junior, 5’11”, Forward
Cayden Surch, Junior, 5’9″, Midfield
Sean Fibick, Junior, 5’10”, Midfield
Dom Puk, Junior, 5’10”, Midfield
Jack Cagno, Senior, 5’10”, Defender
Kyle Moyer, Junior, 6’2″, Defender
2026 Outlook: This year we will look to build on our successes from last season by trying to again qualify for the District and EPC tournaments. We lost a fairly big group of starters due to graduation as well as injury, but we return plenty of guys who started or logged quality minutes on defense or in the midfield in 2025.
We also welcome a young group of talented players who will make a big impact on the varsity field this season. We graduated a lot of players who filled the stat sheets last year, so those shoes will need to be filled. Our goal is quite simple – compete day in and day out in order to put ourselves in the mix come October.

Emmanuel Posada, Junior, 6’0, Center Midfielder- Emmanuel’s ability on the ball is top tier! Someone who can break the press and beat two or three players at a time. While also be able to contribute to scoring goals he’s a player that will be a big part of this team!
Jhustin Perez, Junior, 5’9, Right Midfielder – Jhustin is a player that scores big goals in big moments! With speed and power he is very capable of beating full backs and driving us towards goal. His ball striking ability will see him score plenty of goals!

Our attention to detail to creating our own style of play will help us reach our goals this year. While lacking depth in certain positions we have a deep bench of players who can make an impact for us. We believe we will be an exciting program for years to come and that comes down to the boys working for the last year building and creating a new fresh culture around this program!

Team Name: Parkland Trojans
League: EPC18
2025 Record: 23-2-1
Key Players Lost: We lost 8 seniors from the team that won the EPC18 regular season, won the District XI 4A championship and made it all the way to the PIAA state semifinal game, eventually losing to West Chester Henderson. All of these young men (James Whitehead, Ryan Bender, Noah Dopera, Kerem Adali, Anthony Bautista, Tal Pollard, Lincoln Fritz, Christopher Park) certainly left their mark on the Parkland boys soccer program. Two of those players will be continuing their playing careers at the college level; Lincoln Fritz (University of Scranton) and Kerem Adali (University of Lancashire).
Key Returning Players: Here is our next group of 11 versatile seniors who have been waiting to leave their mark on the program; Matt Feiler, Alex Hurwitz, Cameron Becker, Austin Alvarez-Yong, Edward Curelar, Daichi Yamashita, Jason Ryu, Ethan Frey, Matt Stiles, Zach Slenker and Carter Shirk. They have big shoes to fill and we are excited to see what we can all accomplish together.
Key Newcomers: We are fortunate to have a strong group of young players in 9th, 10th and 11th grade who will be working hard to work their way into the varsity line-up. The old saying “If you are good enough you are old enough” certainly applies here.
2026 Outlook: This season we will have a mixture of returning players who have big game experiences and some rising junior varsity players who are chomping at the bit to make their mark on the Parkland boys soccer program. I’m hoping that training with the 2025-2026 team puts them in a better position to meet the demands of playing in the EPC18 sooner rather than later.
We will be a team that is very fit, players will have the ability to play in multiple positions and in a variety of tactical formations, they are excellent young men and brothers on and off the field.
We have an excellent coaching staff returning, so our job will be to create a training environment with a growth mindset; one that is physically demanding, mentally challenging, fun and supportive for all of the players in the program. We need to provide consistency to the boys as we focus daily on meeting and surpassing the standards of excellence established by previous Parkland teams and coaches.
Everyone knows the expectations of playing for and coaching at Parkland. We will continue to work diligently at being great students, becoming young men with great character, caring for our community and communities around us, building a strong team bond, continuing to create an environment that prepares boys to play at the college level and improving our craft as soccer players and coaches. Our end goal is to always compete for the EPC18 regular season, EPC18 tournament, District XI 4A, and PIAA state championships.
