2025 Outlook:
The Hawks are returning a core group of players from last year’s team including Daniel Sledz who was honored to be named to the 2nd Team of the EPC All Stars. As setter he gets to be the person who runs our offense while providing some of his own through being aggressive at the net. Also returning are Michael Parkes a nice left handed option at OPP, LJ Horvath at Middle and Nathaniel Yoder at outside. Also returning is a group of underclassman lead by Peter Tocci and Matthew Amrick who look to build on the experience they got on Varsity last year.
They boys put in a lot of hard work last year which we hope carries over to this year’s team. They have also done a great job of getting other kids in the school interested in the sport. We have some new players including some foreign exchange students who have had some experience playing before as well.
As coaches we try our best to foster an environment in which players can learn to love the game, so it becomes something they enjoy now and hopefully for years in the future.
