2022 Outlook: Much of the team put in a strong pre-season. We had great by-in and commitment to our lifting program and pre-season practices. Losing 7 contributing seniors from last year’s line-up leaves gaps.
Keys to closing those gaps include daily commitment to training and preparation, consistent reflection and improvement throughout the season, and positive leadership within the team.
