Outlook: As a whole the Liberty boys volleyball roster has a talented group of 16 underclassmen that will be key with challenging the 7 upperclassmen. Although the group of upperclassmen is relatively small it is full of lots playing experience. The team will be led on the offensive end by seniors Brandon Achey and Joey Rachwal, junior transfer Owen McFadden, and returning junior setter Naseem Younes.

The 2020 team had a senior laden squad where new players such as Elden Campbell (sophomore) and Matt Gonzalez (sophomore) were getting valuable reps with them and are expected to be contributors again at the Varsity level. Athletic new sophomores Joel Morgan and Khalife Wadlington have been quick learners and have made an impact at practices with their skills and physicality.

Newcomer and freshman, Adam Mittl, is a strong club volleyball player that is expected to give a big boost to the whole program this season. All in all, the Liberty team is expected to be competitive between the experience of the key players, the returners, and the promising young talent beyond what was even mentioned that is developing quickly.
