Corrine Mumma (Junior, 1st singles) – Returning to singles play this season, but stepping into the top spot for the first time. Ready to lead with skill, determination, and experience
Sarah Wang (Sophomore, 2nd Singles) – Polina Dorman (Junior, 3rd Singles), Both new to the singles position, but strong tennis players with extensive experience on the court.
Abigail Mayes (Senior, 2nd Doubles) – A doubles specialist and two-sport athlete, known for exceptional athleticism and an aggressive presence at the net.
Key Newcomers:
Naomi Domina (Freshman, 4th Doubles) – New to tennis but very athletic, and will be an important part of our team moving forward
2025 Outlook: This season, we will begin with a mostly new singles lineup. Corrine returns after a successful year at third singles for the Hurricanes and will now take on the challenge of first singles. Sarah and Polina are new to singles play, but their consistency and hard work will be vital to their success. On the doubles side, we have strong returning players, and with new partnerships forming, we are hopeful they will lead us to a successful season
