What is a favorite High School moment(s): “My favorite high school moments are spending time and competing with my teammates in cross country, basketball, and track and field.”

Hobbies, School Activities and Accomplishments: “My hobbies are running, listening to music, and playing the cello. My school activities are cross country, basketball, track and field, orchestra, Mountaineer newspaper, National Honor Society, Student Government, Varsity Sports Club, and Senior Class Secretary. Some accomplishments while in high school are cross country MVP, coaches award, and captain, basketball captain, track and field captain, high honor roll, and top 5% of class.”

What is a favorite moment(s) about your internship: “My favorite moment of my internship had to be doing sideline reporting at the District XI 6A softball championship game.”

Thoughts of St. Luke’s partnership with D11Sports.com: “I think that St. Luke’s partnership with d11sports.com is a fantastic way to introduce both sports and journalism to high schoolers in our area. As a relatively new journalist, I really enjoyed the opportunity to develop in reporting and step out of my comfort zone to something completely new.”

Plans after college: “I plan on finding a career that I can enjoy for the rest of my life. Hopefully that career is related to sports in one way or another!”
