2025 Outlook:
Our strengths this year is we have a lot of guys returning that were starters or got a lot of innings last year at the varsity level. We’ve got a good number of kids that can run which allows us to be aggressive on the base paths. Our kids work well together on an off the field which gives us a little more umph when we need it. Coming off of a 2024 District 11 Single A championship and it being the first ever in our school’s history is what will keep our kids hungry to get that winning feeling back in them.
Our biggest question marks this year will be how well we can hit the ball. We’ve spent a significant amount of time already in the pre-season and off season workouts building strength and working on fundamental hitting and we’re hoping it pays off this year. The second is our pitching depth, we bring back 2 starters from last year which is huge but we have to develop depth around them to be successful. We have guys who threw innings last year in games however they didn’t go the distance. We need to work on this.
