Stephens Resigns as Parkland Basketball Coach

In a surprising turn of events, the Parkland High School’s boys’ basketball team bid farewell to their beloved head coach, Andy Stephens, as he made the decision to step down from his coaching duties. Over the years, Stephens led the Parkland boys to an astounding seven District XI championship games. The pinnacle of Stephens’ coaching career arrived in 2023 when he guided the Parkland boys’ basketball team to an exhilarating Class 6A state championship game.
