The Raptors cruise past the defending State Champions

Students and faculty members packed the gymnasium on Friday afternoon at Executive Education Academy Charter School. The Raptors used the afternoon matinee to take on the Defending State Champions from the 1A classification, Sankofa Freedom Academy.

The Raptors, behind a very loud student section, wasted no time setting the tone. Kobe Magee scored six of his 12 points in the first frame to jump out to a 14-4 lead after one quarter of play.

From there, more of the same, as Jevin Muniz got into a groove, as the Raptors increased the lead to 33-17 at the half.

Executive Education put three players in double figures, Titus Wilkins(10), Magee(12) and Muniz(a game high 22 points) along with Willie Torres chipping in with 8 points.

The Raptors roll to the win 62-45 to improve to 3-1 on the season.
