The Spartans punch their ticket to the State Championship game

The Southern Lehigh Spartans went into they PIAA 3A Volleyball semifinal match expecting a battle and they got just that. After losing the first set 25-21, Southern Lehigh came back to win 25-16, 25-12, 25-18-as they downed Garden Spot in four sets to advance to the state championship.

The Spartans as a team played well and received a big match from both Cortney Kylish(17 kills), and Mackenzie Feight(18 kills). They are hoping for more of the same on Saturday in the State Championship when they meet up again District 3 champion Palmyra.

The action will take place inside Cumberland Valley High School at 3:30 and Head Coach Don West Jr. is expecting his team to put everything out on the floor in hopes of bring home a state title for the Spartans.
