Several of these players have dedicated countless hours to improving their skills this offseason, putting in the hard work necessary to elevate their game. Through intense training, extra reps, and a commitment to refining their technique, they have shown tremendous growth and development. As we head into the season, we are eager to see them step into larger roles and make a meaningful impact on the field. With six of our nine starters having graduated, there are significant opportunities for these athletes to rise to the occasion, showcase their progress, and help lead the team forward. Their dedication and improvement will be crucial in filling key positions and maintaining the competitive edge we strive for.

2025 Outlook: This season, we will be a young + relatively inexperienced team compared to previous years, but that doesn’t mean we lack the potential to compete at a high level. The effort and dedication we have put in during the offseason have been instrumental in building a strong foundation, and we firmly believe that with continued commitment, we can position ourselves as contenders for a top spot.
Having won three consecutive district championships and six out of the last seven, we take pride in our program’s tradition of excellence. However, sustaining that success will require a relentless focus on growth and improvement. Our ability to compete at a championship level will depend on three key factors: (i) embracing the process of development, understanding that every day is an opportunity to get better, (ii) staying grounded by focusing on the present moment and not getting ahead of ourselves, and (iii) fostering a competitive environment in practice where we push each other to improve rather than settling for complacency.
