After Serving The East Penn Community For 33 Seasons Between Cross Country, Indoor Track, And Spring Track And Field, Coach Kami Reinhard Has Decided To Resign From Her Role As Head Track And Field Coach
Rebecca George, Director of Athletics for Emmaus High School announced: Head Boys and Girls Track and Field Coach, Kami Reinhard, has decided to resign.
Rebecca has this to say, “I can’t say enough positive words about Coach Reinhard and what she has accomplished and meant to the athletic program here at Emmaus. All that she and her staffs have contributed to the East Penn community is substantial. I am happy to know that Coach Reinhard is going to continue in her role at Head Boys and Girls Cross Country Coach. I find comfort in knowing she will be around to continue sharing her knowledge and expertise to the athletic department.”
Under Coach Kami Reinhard’s Leadership, the track and field programs have been developed at both Eyer Middle School and Lower Macungie Middle School. She has provided guidance to countless student-athletes perusing their athletic careers at the next level. Additionally, she has spent many hours with the athletes who participated in the winter track and field program.

It has been such a rewarding and enriching experience watching you all learn and grow to cultivate excellence, among the endless laughs and memories made along the way. I find so much joy in following our student athletes who take the life lessons learned from Track & Field, or any sport, to become the best human beings they can possibly be in this world.
There is so much more to say, but I’m sure I will stay in touch, as I will still be involved as the Head Coach of Cross Country. It has been an honor and privilege to serve as the Head Coach for the Track and Field program. Thank you again to the East Penn School District administration and school board for the opportunity, and thank you to our booster club, parents, and student athletes who gave myself and our coaching staff the gift of a lifetime! Go Hornets!”
