Parkland shutout Northampton to advance to the District Semi-finals

When it comes to this time of year, teams have to bring their “A” game if they are looking to keep their season going. That was the case last night for the Parkland Boys Soccer team as they shutout Northampton 2-0 in the District XI 4A semi-finals.

The Trojans got goals by Jordan Madise in the 10th minute and by Logan Sosik in the 60th minute which was enough to help Parkland advance to the final four.

Vic Baran recorded the shutout for Parkland while Brady Rimple was huge in net for the K-kids, as he came up with some big saves.

Next up for Parkland will be Whitehall, who is into the semi-finals after shocking Liberty 2-1 in overtime.
