2022 Outlook: We graduated three seniors who were on our postseason team from last year, so we head into another season with some question marks and shoes to fill. We lost one of the most consistent runners and leaders, Isabela Lees, whom we could always count on. We look to Natalie Mack, Nicole Nosal, and Hailey Reinhard to lead the girls team as our senior leaders. Our focus is to take one day at a time, one meet at a time, and enjoy the process and team camaraderie right now.
We have five returning athletes who raced in last year’s District XI race, and we look to them to keep the bar high. Even if our team performs similar to last year, we know there are several other teams who are even stronger this year. So, we will keep the goal on working together as a team to be the best we can be, and hopefully that amounts to keeping up with those strong teams. There are many athletes, new and returning, who have worked incredibly hard this summer who could make a big difference on our team this year. We are excited to watch it all unfold!
