Phillipsburg Bowling Goes 7-0 Against Watchung Hills

Watchung Hills visited Phillipsburg’s home lanes, Belpike, on Thursday, January 25.

The PBurg girls bowled strong, defeating Watchung 759 to 392 in game one. Phillipsburg continued to dominate in game two, rolling 779 to Watchung’s 310. In game three, PBurg won 772 to 382. The Phillipsburg girls were led by senior captain Shannon Bickert (550).

The PBurg boys bowled strong. In game one, Phillipsburg dominated 924 to 649. PBurg continued to strike, defeating Watchung 828 to 585 in game two. In the final game, Phillipsburg rolled 929 to Watchung’s 706. Maddix Myers, Phillipsburg’s captain, rolled a 658 series, helping lead Phillipsburg to victory.

PBurg plays South Hunterdon on Monday, January 29 at Belpike Lanes.
