The Pottsville and Blue Mountain Girls Soccer teams met for the Schuylkill League Finals at Lehighton. Mountain entered with an overall record of 12-7 while Pottsville entered with an overall record of 14-4-1.
Pottsville struck first deep in the first half on a goal by Kaitlin Painter. Minutes later, Ava Goodman added another goal for Pottsville from 40 yards out giving them a 2-0 lead over Blue Mountain going into the half. With about 31:15 remaining in the game, Ryleigh Cook scored the lone goal in the second half to give Pottsville a 3-0 lead. The Tide went on to win the finals over Blue Mountain by a score of 3-0.
