“Julia is a key contributor on attack and in transition at the midfield, as well as off the draw. Led team in goals last season and looking to lead our offense again this year.”

Mikayla Viola: Senior Midfielder, 24 goals, 9 assists, 47 draw controls, 24 groundballs

“Mikayla is a traditional speedy midfielder contributing on both ends of the field as well as in transition. With the loss of many attack players we will look to Mikayla to contribute even more this year on the offensive end of the field.”

Marybeth Smith, Senior Defender, 32 goals, 11 assists, 62 draw controls, 52 groundballs

“Marybeth is a defensive force and leader on the field, yet able to contribute significantly off the draw and on the offensive end. Very quick hard working athlete always pushing herself to improve. She will lead our defense but will likely contribute on all ends of the field again this year.”

Maddie Conway; Senior Defender, 17 groundballs, 11 Caused turnovers

“Maddie will be another defensive leader on the field. As a lefty she contributes significantly to our low crease defense and has speed to transition the ball up the field.”

Kameron Watkins: Senior Midfielder, 6 goals, 2 assists, 32 ground balls, 22 caused turnovers

“Kam is a tri sport athlete at EHS and brings tremendous athleticism. Extremely fast, deceptive, great 1v1 defender. Kam will lead the defensive midfield again this year and we look to Kam to transition the ball to the offensive end with her speed and agility.”

Emily Hollinger, Junior Attack, 63 goals, 19 assists, 21 ground balls

“Emily is a key player on the offensive side of the field. Tremendous shot placement both right and left hand. Deceptive with the ball and off ball. Amazing redefender in transition. Hard working with the never give up mindset.”

Emily Wassel; Junior Defender, 18 ground balls, 7 caused turnovers

“Emily is another key low crease defender with tremendous game IQ. Leds vocally on defense and has improved dramatically with stick skills to be a key player transitioning the ball up the field.”

Jordyn Poll, Sophomore Midfielder, 29 goals, 10 assists, 25 ground balls, 56 draw controls

“Jordyn is a very skilled, very fast midfielder that contributes significantly to the team between the restraining lines-amazing on the draw and on the circle as well as in transition. We plan to see Jordyn contribute more on the offensive side of the field this season.”

Key Newcomers:
Paige Peterson, Senior Defender
Alyssa Brader, Senior Defender
Sophia Candy, Senior Midfielder
Maya D’Alessandro, Senior Attack
Merry Shields, Senior Attack
Emily Steinert, Senior Defense
Hannah Schneider, Junior Midfielder
Alani Shotwell, Sophomore Goalie
Olivia Schmidt, Sophomore Attack
Bri McClain, Sophomore Attack
Alyvia Herman, Sophomore Defense

2022 Outlook: “The 2022 season brings a solid midfield and defense back to EHS. We have tremendous depth on the defensive end and many players will compete for playing time this year. Our attack lost some key players to graduation and we will look to fill in those spots with young talented players as well as some senior players that have developed to the next level. We have a very solid team with speed and talent. After reaching the EPC championship last year the coaches and players have the heart, drive, and dedication to push for the next level-a championship win.”
